This is an early-stage document for the Netlume website. It will be reviewed and updated as Netlume's products and services develop.

We keep this short because the Site collects very little. Here is exactly what happens.

1.Scope

This policy describes how Netlume (“Netlume”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with the website at netlume.tech (the “Site”) and communications you send us. It does not cover Netlume products or services, which will be governed by separate agreements and notices.

2.Information we collect

The Site is a static website. It has no user accounts and does not store information you enter.

  • Information you send us. The contact form composes an email in your own email client. If you choose to send it — or email us directly — we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, company, role and message.
  • Technical information. Our hosting and content delivery provider may process standard request data (such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and time) to deliver and secure the Site.

3.Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set its own cookies and does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and assets are served from the Site itself. If this changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

4.How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and demo requests
  • To discuss whether Netlume fits your environment
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site
  • To meet legal obligations

5.Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our email, under appropriate obligations, or where required by law.

6.Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our conversations, and delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

7.Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@netlume.tech. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

8.Please don't send sensitive data

Please do not send passwords, device credentials, private keys or sensitive network configuration through email or the contact form. We will never ask for them by email.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
