This is an early-stage document for the Netlume website. It will be reviewed and updated as Netlume's products and services develop.

These terms cover the Netlume marketing website only.

1.Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the website at netlume.tech (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of any Netlume product or service will be subject to a separate agreement.

2.Information on the Site

The Site describes Netlume and how its products are designed to work. Product capabilities, availability and deployment options may change and do not constitute a commitment, offer or warranty.

Product interfaces shown on the Site are demonstrations built with simulated environments and illustrative data. Device names, metrics, incidents and statistics are examples only and do not represent real customers, networks or performance results.

3.Third-party names and trademarks

Vendor, product and platform names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the environments Netlume is designed to work with. Their use does not imply any partnership, endorsement, certification or official integration.

4.Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics and the Netlume name and mark, is owned by Netlume or its licensors. You may view and share pages for informational purposes, but may not copy, modify or redistribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without permission.

5.Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting.
  • Do not use the Site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
  • Do not send credentials, private keys or sensitive configuration to us through the Site or by email.

7.Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Netlume is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9.Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
